Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Processing Time All orders are custom-made. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. Rush options may be available — contact us before placing your order.

Shipping We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary by location and are in addition to production time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available in the Central Ohio area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
