Some businesses want regular help keeping their store current. Others just need a helping hand now and then. Choose monthly care after your website launch, or request individual updates as needed.

Choose Your Ongoing Support

Create + Monthly Care

Pay the website creation fee, then choose optional support beginning at launch:

• Essential Care — $75/month: up to 1 hour total per month for product, price, photo, text, or link updates and a monthly storefront link/form check.
• Growth Care — $150/month: up to 3 hours total per month for the same work, including simple collection or promotional banner updates using supplied artwork.

Checks and requested work count toward your monthly time allowance. Unused time does not roll over. Additional work is $50/hour with written approval before work begins. Requests are scheduled within 3–5 business days; larger work receives a separate timeline. Monthly care is prepaid, month to month, and can be canceled before the next renewal. No emergency or 24-hour support is included. Monthly care covers content help; Shopify provides the underlying hosting and platform.

Create Only + Updates As Needed

Pay once for your website build and manage it yourself after handoff. Request future updates at $50/hour with a one-hour minimum per request, then 30-minute increments. Receive a quote and pay before the update work begins. No ongoing monthly service fee is required.

Build packages include a 14-day post-launch correction period for errors in the agreed work. New requests and changes to approved content are billed separately.

Examples of update requests

• Replace supplied product photos or correct a description.
• Change prices, inventory details, or business hours.
• Add straightforward products using complete information you provide.
• Refresh collection organization or swap an approved promotional banner.

The number of updates depends on the time each task requires. A new website, major redesign, custom code, new app integrations, or original artwork receives a separate quote.

How to request an update

1. Send the page or product link with a clear list of changes.
2. Attach the finished wording, photos, pricing, or artwork.
3. We confirm the time required and any cost beyond your allowance.
4. Approve the work; we schedule it and let you know when it is ready to review.

For example, a two-hour individual update is $100. Essential Care includes up to one hour; one approved additional hour adds $50. Growth Care includes up to three hours total each month.
